Paying by Credit Card
socialbutterflydesigns.com gladly accepts Visa and MasterCard via the web or over the phone. I also accept personal checks by mail. Please see our Privacy Policy for more information about your credit card safety.

Shipping Confirmation
Once your order has been received, you will soon receive an email confirmation. I process all orders as quickly as possible, and if I need any further clarification regarding a particular order I will contact you. You will receive another email when your order has shipped.

Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated according to the pricing sub-total of your order. For rush orders, please note there will be additional charges. Following are the standard shipping rates I offer:

Shipping Method
I ship all orders with the United States Postal Service (USPS) Priority Mail which normally takes 3-5 days, depending on the destination, from my studio to you. Standard shipping rates apply to shipments to the 48 Continental United States. Extra shipping charges may apply to Alaska, Hawaii, and internationally and will be handled on a per order basis. Please allow additional time for orders placed during busy times such as holidays.

Status of an Order
Once processed, all orders typically take 7-10 days, based on the level of customization required. If you need more information or have any specific requests, please contact me by phone or e-mail.

Return Policy
I am committed to providing complete customer satisfaction but due to the highly personalized nature of many of my items, all sales are considered final when shipped. However, in the event that an item arrives damaged, incomplete, or with the wrong information, please email me at jill@socialbutterflydesigsn.com or call me at 310.418.5512 within 3 business days after you receive the order. Please include your order, name, and shipping address. Refunds/exchanges are given for items only, shipping charges are not refunded. Please do not return any items without my prior authorization. Please note that I try to reproduce all images and colors on the site as accurately as possible, but due to the differences in how colors are displayed from monitor to monitor, the printed product may be slightly different than what is pictured on your computer screen.
